Terms of Service

I am a self-taught creative designer, eager and passionate about transforming your ideas into beautifully crafted designs. Let me help bring your unique projects to life with my creative touch and expertise.

Here is what to expect during our experience as a team:

• Payment MUST be rendered prior to the beginning of all designs and projects. NO EXCEPTIONS

• NO artwork designed is allowed to be used as an NFT by any means.

• All artwork and designs can be viewed on my social media and portfolio located on my website.

• THE CLIENT MUST CREDIT THE ARTIST WHEN SHARING OR DISPLAYING ARTWORK, DESIGNS OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SOCIAL MEDIA. (FB, IG, TIKTOK)

• Commercial work is subject to additional terms and contract in place prior to projects and designs.

• I am committed to completing your design or project requested. If I CANNOT COMPLETE your design or project, I will issue a refund.

• Communication conducted via DM or email, or text will receive weekly updates throughout the project or design duration.

• For shirt sizes not listed please send an email to d.ks.bella.acrylic.creations@gmail.com for specialty ordering. Be sure to type: “SPECIALTY ORDERING” in the subject bar.

• Please allow 24-48 hours to process small orders; Tracking info will be emailed upon completion.

• Orders (25+) please allow a minimum 2 week turn around; Tracking info will be emailed upon completion.

• All custom designs $75.00/HR(1hr minimum); 1 adjustment allowed for free, any additional adjustments to design subject to additional charges set by creative designer.
